Tap with the tips of your fingers, unless you have long nails, in which cases use the pads.



Side of hand - where we do what is known as ‘the set up statment’

On the fleshy part of the side of you hand below your little finger knuckle. Tap with all four fingers


For these next points, if you can tap on both sides using both hands. Otherwise one is fine.


Eyebrow

The inner edges of the eyebrows, closest to the bridge of the nose. Use two fingers.

Side of eye

The hard area between the eye and the temple. Use two fingers. Feel out this area gently so you don’t poke yourself in the eye!

Under eye 

The hard area under the eye, that merges with the cheekbone. Use both hands if you can, with two fingers of each hand. In line beneath the pupil.

Under nose

The point centered between the bottom of the nose and the upper lip.

Use one hand, two fingers.

Chin

This point is right beneath the previous one, and is centered between the bottom of the lower lip and the chin. In the dip. 

Use one hand, two fingers.

Collarbone

Tap just below the hard ridge of your collarbone with four fingers.

On both sides if you can. Using as many fingers as comfortable.

Underarm

On your side, about four inches beneath the armpit. Where the bra strap normally is.

Use four fingers.

Wrist

On the inside of the writs, where a watch strap would be.

Use two fingers. 

Head

The crown, centre further back at the top of the head.

Tap with all four fingers with both hands.

And that’s it. One round complete. And then we do another…
